Only one product broken? Check that product's settings. Every product broken? Start with "Customize It button is missing".
- Customize It button is missing
- Design screen won't open
- Price is wrong
- Sizes or colors are wrong
- Design is in the wrong place
- Product is missing in Custy
- Order has no print file
- Go back to your old app
Product is missing in Custy
- In Custy, click Products → Sync.
- Search for the product by its name.
- Still missing? Check it's active in Shopify, then Sync again.
- See Upgrade Plan? You've reached your plan's product limit.
