What's wrong?

Only one product broken? Check that product's settings. Every product broken? Start with "Customize It button is missing".
- Customize It button is missing
- Design screen won't open
- Price is wrong
- Sizes or colors are wrong
- Design is in the wrong place
- Product is missing in Custy
- Order has no print file
- Go back to your old app
Design is in the wrong place
- Open the product → Advanced Settings → Print Area.
- Check every side has a print area. A blank side was never set up.
- Fix the box, click Update, then Save. Test again.
