Only one product broken? Check that product's settings. Every product broken? Start with "Customize It button is missing".

- Design screen won't open
- Price is wrong
- Sizes or colors are wrong
- Design is in the wrong place
- Product is missing in Custy
- Order has no print file
- Go back to your old app
Order has no print file
- Check the shopper used Customize It. A normal add-to-cart has no design.
- Open the order in Custy → Orders → View order.
- Still missing? Email us with the order number.
Don't guess the design. Ask the customer before printing.
