Customize It button is missing
- Check your plan or trial is active (Custy → Plans).
- Check both theme switches are on and saved.
- Check the product is set to Active on designer: Yes.
- Open the product in a private browser window.
Turned it on in a theme copy? Customers see it only after you publish that copy.
