Pick one. Follow the checks in order.
Only one product broken? Check that product's settings. Every product broken? Start with "Customize It button is missing".
- Customize It button is missing
- Design screen won't open
- Price is wrong
- Sizes or colors are wrong
- Design is in the wrong place
- Product is missing in Custy
- Order has no print file
- Go back to your old app
Go back to your old app
- Go to Online Store → Themes and publish your old theme.
- Turn your old app's button back on.
- Fix Custy, test again, then switch back.
Don't delete products or uninstall Custy in a panic.
