Finish old orders, then remove your old app

Orders made with your old app still need their print files.

  1. Step 1: Keep your old app until every order made with it is printed and shipped.
  2. Step 2: Download and save its design files you may need again (reprints).
  3. Step 3: New orders come through Custy (see Download print files).
  4. Step 4: Then uninstall the old app from Apps.

Uninstalling can delete an app's saved files. Back them up first.
