Orders Overview

When a shopper checks out with a Custy design, the paid order shows up under Orders in Custy. That is where you review the design and download files for printing.

Shopify still handles payment and shipping. Custy gives you the design files and the customization details for each line item.

Here is what Orders helps you do:

  1. 1Find custom orders by order number, date, customer, or download status
  2. 2Open an order to see each customized line item: sides, color, size, quantity, and price
  3. 3Download print-ready files (SVG or PDF, and PNG or JPG) at the DPI you need, with a transparent or colored background
  4. 4Update internal status such as New, Downloaded, Need Fixing, Completed, or Canceled so your team knows what is done
