Pre-Switch Checklist
Use this checklist on launch day. Check every box for the products you are switching now. Leave products that are not ready on the old path until they are.
App and theme
- Custy is installed on the correct Shopify store
- The plan you need is active (or trial is running)
- Custy app embed / blocks are on for the theme shoppers will see
- Theme preview shows Customize It on pilot products
Products
- Pilot products are synced and marked customizable in Custy
- Sizes and colors match what you sell
- Print areas cover every side shoppers can decorate
- Pricing rules match your fees
- You tested Design Lab → cart on each pilot product
Orders and files
- At least one test order created print-ready files you can open
- Your fulfillment partner or in-house team knows where to find those files
- You know who handles reprints if a file is wrong
Cutover
- You know which theme will be live after switch
- Old customizer buttons or blocks will be removed or hidden
- You have a rollback plan if the storefront misbehaves
- Support knows Custy is the new customizer
