Download print files
Get the print-ready files for a custom order.
2 min- Step 1: In Custy, click Orders. Search by order number, date, or customer, then click View order.
- Step 2: Pick the background, 300 DPI, and file types (SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG).
- Step 3: Click Download Files. You get a ZIP with every side and the order details.
- Step 4: Set the status (for example Completed) so your team knows. Pro can update many orders at once.
